Our sectionals are available in left-hand facing and right-hand facing orientations. When facing the front of the sofa, a left-hand facing chaise is positioned on your left, and a right-hand facing chaise is on your right. Some models are modular or reversible, offering flexible configurations to suit your layout.

For residential settings:

While we strive for consistency, subtle variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and dye lot changes. We recommend ordering swatches to experience the true color and texture in your space. Please allow for a 10–15% variance between dye lots.

Once your order reaches the local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Yes. A signature is required for most deliveries unless otherwise noted. Carriers will work with you to schedule a time that works.

Orders take 1–4 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, transit typically takes 1–3 weeks. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and service level.

Standard delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or debris removal.

Email hello@roveconcepts.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We'll review and resolve it quickly through replacement, repair, or credit.

Returns & Cancellations

Eligible items in original condition may be returned within 45 days of delivery. Custom items, parts, and Final Sale products are not returnable. Please contact our Concierge Team at costco.next@roveconcepts.com to arrange a return.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Outbound shipping from the original order is non-refundable. Final Sale and orders cannot be returned.

Claims & Incident Reports

We ask that you accept all items unless a piece is structurally damaged and cannot be used. In such cases, please take clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the product label before refusing the affected part only. Undamaged items must be accepted to avoid redelivery or storage fees.

If no resolution is accepted, a return may be requested under our return policy. If a return is approved, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Email costco.next@roveconcepts.com within 3 days of delivery with:

•Clear photos of the issue, including packaging and labels

•A description of the problem

Late or incomplete claims may not be eligible for resolution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

•A replacement

•A partial discount

•Reimbursement for approved local repair

Once a resolution is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Labor and shipping costs may apply.

Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery, even if you plan to store them. If damage is present, accept delivery and clearly note "damaged upon arrival" with the carrier. All claims must be reported to Rove Concepts within 3 days of receiving delivery.

Payments & Refunds

At this time, only one payment method can be used per order at checkout.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of return confirmation.

SmartFoam is a high-quality foam that makes the super-efficient packaging process possible. It is called SmartFoam due to its breakthrough properties.

SmartFoam technology makes Rove Lab furniture the planet’s most convenient to receive and assemble. It takes one person just minutes to assemble (or disassemble) - no appointment required.

Our products are upholstered in spill-proof Performance Weave that is OEKO-TEX certified. This means liquid beads off the fabric.

OEKO-TEX label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.

First, we’d like to emphasize that the covers are not removable. That said, to clean your Rove Lab™ furniture, we recommend following these simple steps:

• Blot Spills Immediately: Our fabric is made from 100% polyester and has a spill-proof finish, making it easy to blot away spills. Use an absorbent paper towel to soak up any liquid right away. The fabric is designed to resist damage, so don’t worry about the spill causing harm.

• Treat Stubborn Stains: For any stains that don't lift with blotting, dampen a cloth with warm water. Gently dab the affected area—avoid rubbing, as this can damage the fabric. The stain should lift easily without the need for harsh chemicals.

• Avoid Removing Covers: We do not recommend removing the covers, as the fabric is specially treated to be low-maintenance. The spill-proof finish helps reduce the need for washing, making your couch easy to maintain with minimal effort.

By following these steps, you can enjoy a clean, well-maintained furniture with little hassle.

Orders & Shipping

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Because of our vacuum-packed innovation, this is much faster than most home furniture deliveries.

You do not need to be home for delivery. Orders ship via the UPS "delivery confirmed" service, and you'll receive a text or email notification upon delivery.

UPS may leave the package at your door, porch, or another safe location if you're not home. They decide the safest spot based on the delivery address. In some cases, if the driver doesn't believe it's safe, they may not leave the package and instead make another delivery attempt. Please ensure you open and inspect your products within one week of delivery.

Simply use the tracking link provided 2-3 days after you receive your order confirmation.

Yes, you can make changes to your order, but only if it hasn’t started processing at the warehouse. Changes might include adding or removing items or updating upholstery options. Once your changes are confirmed, you’ll receive an updated invoice for any remaining balance, or a refund for any surplus amount.

If your order is already processing at the warehouse or in transit, changes are no longer possible. In this case, you can refer to our return policy. Unwanted items can be returned (subject to a $99 return fee), and a new order can be placed for the desired items.

Returns and Cancellations

Yes, you can return your order within 45 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition. Partial returns are not accepted -returns must include the entire unit/set as delivered. A $99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We understand that unpackaged items will not fit back into their original packaging. The return carrier will handle repackaging during collection. Returns typically take 1–2 weeks to process, depending on local carrier availability.

If your order has not yet begun processing at the warehouse, you can request changes. For any additions, removals, or color changes, your original order will be canceled and fully refunded, and you’ll need to place a new order with the correct items.

Once your order is processed or in transit, changes are no longer possible. Please refer to our return policy for further assistance.

Warranty

Everything! For Performance Weave and SmartFoam, it is a 3-year warranty with free replacement. For a SmartFoam warranty beyond 3 years, we will only charge replacement costs equal to 50% of the retail value. This helps cover the cost of shipping and handling so you get a brand new sofa for only the replacement cost.
